This patient is noted to have marked breast asymmetry. She deferred a lifting procedure on the left side to correct her breast asymmetry. She underwent a periareolar breast augmentation with a 500 cc high profile cohesive gel silicone implants placed under the muscle. Postoperative photos were taken 2 months after surgery.
