This patient had previous breast augmentation with saline implants by another surgeon. She had hardening of her right breast (capsular contracture) and uneven breast pocket on the left. She underwent right capsulectomy and left pocket revision and replacement of both implants. We also reduced the size of her areolas bilaterally. The postoperative photos were taken 2 months after surgery.
