This patient had excess skin in both her upper and lower lids. In addition, she has bulging bags in her lower eyelids which make her appear tired. She underwent both upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). Both her upper and lower lid incisional scars are barely visible. Postoperative photos taken five weeks after surgery.
