This asian patient had asymmetry of her upper lid crease. She previously had two surgeries with another surgeon to correct her asymmetry. She underwent an upper lid double fold surgery (without incision). Preoperative asymmetry of upper lids corrected with suture only technique. Postoperative photos taken 17 days after surgery.
