This patient had excess skin in both her upper and lower lids. In addition, she has bulging bags in her lower eyelids which make her appear tired. She underwent both upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) where excess skin was removed from her upper lid and excess skin and fat removed from her lower lids. Both her upper and lower lid incisional scars are barely visible. Note improved shape of upper lids and marked improvement in contour of lower lids. Postoperative photos taken one month after surgery.
