This patient has marked skin excess and laxity of her abdominal muscles. She underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of her flanks and tightening of her abdominal muscles. Please note, patients are asked to relax abdomen for both before and after photos (they are not holding their abdomens in during the postoperative photos). Postoperative photos were taken three weeks after surgery.
