This patient has marked skin excess and moderate abdominal muscle laxity. She desired improved contouring of her abdomen. She underwent and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and tightening of her abdominal muscles. Liposuction of the the flanks was not performed. Please note, patients are asked to relax abdomen for both before and after photos (they are not holding their abdomens in during the postoperative photos). Postoperative photos were taken two months after surgery.
