This patient desired an improved abdominal contour. She had previous liposuction of her abdomen by another surgeon that left her with marked contour irregularities. She underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of flanks with tightening of abdominal muscles. Please note, patients are asked to relax abdomen for both before and after photos (they are not holding their abdomens in during the postoperative photos). Postoperative photos were taken two months after surgery.
