This patient desired improved abdominal contouring, fuller breasts and buttocks. She underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of flanks with tightening of abdominal muscles and augmentation of her breasts with saline implants with circumareolar lifts and a Brazilian butt-lift (fat transfer to the buttocks). Please note, patients are asked to relax abdomen for both before and after photos (they are not holding their abdomens in during the postoperative photos). Postoperative photos were taken twelve months after surgery.
