This patient has a history of massive weight loss. She underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of flanks with tightening of abdominal muscles. Additionally, she had her breasts lifted and augmented with cohesive silicone gel implants. Please note, patients are asked to relax abdomen for both before and after photos (they are not holding their abdomens in during the postoperative photos). Postoperative photos were taken three months after surgery.
