This patient desired improved abdominal contouring and fuller breasts. She underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of flanks with tightening of abdominal muscles and augmentation of her breasts with saline implants through her abdominoplasty incision. There are no surgical scars on the breast. Please note, patients are asked to relax abdomen for both before and after photos (they are not holding their abdomens in during the postoperative photos). Postoperative photos were taken two months after surgery.
