This patient desired improved abdominal contouring and breast reduction. She underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of flanks with tightening of abdominal muscles and wise pattern breast reuction. Please note, patients are asked to relax abdomen for both before and after photos (they are not holding their abdomens in during the postoperative photos). Postoperative photos were taken two months after surgery.
